1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new and unused condition and returned in its original packaging, including protective foam, manuals, and accessories when applicable.
Items showing signs of wear, use, or customer-caused damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Defective and Non-Defective Returns
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will support the return and cover the return shipping cost for the approved case.
- Non-defective returns: If you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong variant, or changed your mind, returns are still accepted within the return window, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide the correct return instructions.

6. Fees and Refund Timing
- Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for eligible returns.
- Refund timing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Bank timing: Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
